New Business Bulletin
After some time we bring you again news from the legal world in the form of Business Bulletin – but this time in a new graphic design!
In the current issue, you will find news from the field of AI, where a new European regulation has entered into force, as well as a new institute of class actions, which is a complete novelty in Czech law, the newly government draft of a new Foreigners Residency Act, which is scheduled to take effect in the calendar year 2026. We are also focusing on the issue of money laundering, where an amendment to the AML Act is expected to be approved soon, introducing, among other things, stricter obligations for traders in virtual assets, as well as the issue of competition protection, where the first fines have been imposed under the amended Act on Significant Market Power, and last but not least, the new possibility of using the Register of Representations, which can simplify negotiations with the authorities in certain circumstances.
