HR News No. 4/2024
In the December issue of Randls HR News, we will explore three new developments in employment law. We will look at the draft of the amendment to the Employment Act (and more), of which the main point is the changes concerning the compensations for the mandatory employment of persons with disabilities (hereinafter the “alternative compensation”). We will follow up on the amendment proposed by Marian Jurecka, which changes the limits of the mandatory compensation and in the last row we will focus on the new developments in the field of digitalization of the sickness insurance.
