HR News No. 3/2024

After a short time, we bring you new HR News again – this time about the so-called flexible amendment to the Labour Code. The goverment has already approved the amendment and, a few days ago, it went to the Chamber of Deputies, where many things can still happen (will there be a termination without giving a reason?). The effective day is planned on January 1, 2025, but it is not yet possible to say whether the entire legislative process will be completed by the end of this year.
