HR News No.2/2025

The new HR News is about the much discussed flexible amendment of the Labour Code. The amendment was approved by the Senate at its meeting last Wednesday, April 9, 2025, and was delivered to the President for his signature today. He has 15 days to sign it. Unless the President decides to exercise his veto power (which we do not expect to happen), the flexible amendment will take effect on 1 June 2025 (with the exception of the redesign of unemployment benefit and retraining benefit).
