Setting up a business in the Czech Republic

This article describes a procedure of setting up a business in the Czech Republic after the Czech Republic’s accession to the EU in 2004. The first part of this article deals with the legislation about a branch office, the second part is focused on the legal forms of companies including European companies and the conditions required for its establishing.
