Responding to the crisis: Ukrainians coming to the EU

In response to the refugee crisis created by the invasion of Ukraine, the EU has taken the exceptional step of triggering the Temporary Protection Directive, offering Ukrainians immediate refuge in EU member states. That is why, together with colleagues from other countries within the Ius Laboris, we have prepared answers to four questions that are now regularly addressed in the context of granting temporary protection.
