Randl Partners, attorneys at law, supported the international conference “Corporate governance in Central Europe”, which was held on 30th May, 2014, at the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague.During the introductory words, the Partner of Randl Partners, Dr. Pavel Randl, LL.M. discussed the importance of approximation of legal theory and practice.Then, 14 participants presented their research papers, including Mgr.
