The number of cases in which employees claim their legal entitlements is constantly increasing. This is no different for compensation for accidents, occupational diseases and other work-related illnesses.

We have therefore decided to strengthen our in-house team, which specialises in compensation and related areas.

The team of two attorneys – Anežka Kutějová and David Smolář – and associate Milan Flachs has years of experience, supplemented by in-depth knowledge of case law in the field of compensation for work-related injuries, occupational diseases, other work-related diseases and school injuries.

They know how to set up the optimal procedure, provide expert advice, represent the client in negotiations with the relevant insurance companies, administrative authorities or even in court. They can offer comprehensive assistance – both under the Labour Code and in civil law.

Our compensation services are offered to both responsible employers and, more recently, to injured employees.

We recognise that the cost of legal services can be a major barrier for victims of work-related injury or occupational disease. We therefore offer cooperation in this area on a contractual fee basis, negotiated individually with each client, not only at an hourly rate, but now also in the form of a success fee (a percentage of the amount we manage to recover for the client – no compensation, no fee). This form of fee allows clients to bridge a difficult financial situation and pay for our services only after successfully obtaining compensation.
